The cotton card I received was very flimsy and felt much thinner than just a standard business card. also what was disappointing was that the color and size of font that i chose didnt show up well against the background which is entirely my fault even though on the mock up it is legible. however, it would have been nice for the person sending it through the printer to just alert me to correct it before printing off 50 cards that i cannot use.

We regret to hear that you're not happy with the quality of the cards ordered as they appear thinner than expected and that the print was not legible on the product. Please note that our system is fully automated and so there is little to no human interaction with an order. In light of this, the order more than likely would not have been checked and so was printed how it was submitted. As a courtesy, we'll be happy to help with a free replacement for the product if you would like to change the color of the text. If you wish to do so, please reply once the updated color has been saved.

sturdy and natural feel.
