The wire-O binding allows the pages to lay flat and turn 360 degrees, making it simple to jot notes, write (or follow) instructions, or flip through visuals without bending or creasing. Wire-bound booklets open flat and can even fold back on themselves, which makes them easy to use in a wide range of situations. You can take notes without pages flipping closed, follow step-by-step instructions without losing your place, or keep them open on a desk while presenting. The double-wire binding also adds durability and a polished finish, making these booklets equally useful for everyday tasks and professional settings.
Your wire-bound booklets can include 6-398 pages – this includes 4 cover pages (front cover, inside front cover, back cover and inside back cover). For example, a 36-page booklet = 4 cover pages + 32 inside pages. You can select your page count in increments of 2: 40 pages, 42 pages, 44 pages and so on.
The wire-O binding holes are about 0.125” x 0.125” and extend roughly 0.25” from the edge into the page. To keep your design safe, we recommend leaving a 0.5” safety margin along the binding edge so that text and important images don’t get cut off. Remember that the binding side changes per page, so you should account for this in your safety margins.

Our wire-bound booklets are available in matte or glossy, with budget, standard or premium cover paper thicknesses available.
Note that you can combine standard or premium glossy cover paper with matte inside paper. Otherwise, the cover paper stock and inside paper stock will be the same. All inside paper has budget (80lb.) thickness.
