We've checked and found that you have selected the Standard paper and we do offer thicker options from Premium to Premium Plus. As part of our Absolute Guarantee, we've taken the necessary actions on your order and an email with more details has been sent to you. Please feel free to dispose of or recycle the item received. You may place a new order for your preferred paper thickness. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our products and services.
