Our custom coffee sleeves can be used for hot or cold drinks: They'll keep the heat in and the condensation out. Choose from 2 materials to suit your brand and budget. The premium embossed sleeve offers full-surface printing on white paperboard and a textured grip with your choice of matte, gloss or soft touch finishes. Our budget-friendly standard corrugated cardboard sleeve has front-only printing and comes in classic white (works best with darker colors) or natural brown kraft (works best with simple designs) for a rustic, natural look. Both cup sleeves fit most 12–24 oz. cups.
Easy to customize
Our 3D design studio will guide you through the design process. You’ll be able to add your images, text, logo or QR code and see exactly what your cup sleeve will look like when printed. When you make any changes to your design, you can view them from any angle and make any updates you’d like. We’ll then professionally print and ship your custom coffee sleeves to you.

Our custom coffee sleeves will snugly fit over most 12-24 oz. cups. Embossed paperboard sleeves measure 4.9" x 2.4" and corrugated sleeves measure 5.1" x 2.6".

It depends on the material: Corrugated sleeves start at 25 units and embossed paperboard sleeves at 250.
After you upload your logo or image to our 3D design studio, you'll add custom details like a background, text or shapes. As you design your coffee sleeve, you can view the changes from any angle and make any updates in real time. Keep in mind that embossed paperboard sleeves support full-surface printing, while corrugated sleeves have a print area on the front only.
For standard corrugated sleeves, white designs won't print on white, so use darker colors or switch to kraft. Kraft absorbs lighter backgrounds and mutes darker colors, but white designs pop. Keep designs simple and bold for best results. For both materials, use 8pt minimum font with bold recommended.

- Soft Touch: Velvety surface with a smooth, matte finish
Standard corrugated cardboard: Made from budget-friendly E-flute corrugated cardboard with front-only printing, this sleeve comes in classic white (190 gsm) or natural brown kraft (135 gsm) for a rustic, natural look.
