We were about to submit a claim but I’m putting it here in case it reaches someone faster. The linen texture was definitely less quality than expected. We weren’t massively worried about that but it looks like a large majority of our cards were not cut squarely, showing a white edge on portions of the cards. This honestly surprised us. We haven’t had this type of quality issue with Vistaprint before. We’ve ordered quite a few things over the years. The cut was not square, and even though we made sure our design had plenty of bleed, parts of the edges showed white. Not very sure what to do. Would be happy if someone could reach out. Other than that, we’ve always had a great experience with Vistaprint!
