After carefully reviewing your order, we'd like to clarify a few details that may help explain the final result. We can confirm that you selected our Linen paper stock for your business cards. However, the back side was intentionally left blank during the ordering process, which is why it was printed with the paper's natural white base color rather than the same cream appearance as the front. The online preview also displayed the back side as white prior to the order being submitted. Regarding the font, we confirmed that the Arimo font was selected in its Bold style. Since our printing process is fully automated, the cards were printed exactly according to the options selected during customization. If you were looking for a more elegant or classic appearance, we do offer a variety of other font styles that may better suit your preferences. We also reviewed your previous conversation with our Care Team regarding the raised print. We can confirm that the information provided was correct—our Embossed Gloss finish is not available on Linen business cards. This specialty finish is currently only offered on our Matte cards, so it could not be applied to the Linen paper stock you selected. We hope this helps clear up the confusion surrounding your order.
