Reference: A Get Things Done attitude of --- The travel industry of the past had a tradition of sending "Orchid and Onion Letters." These letters were typically addressed to Corporate CEOs who showed empathy and understanding. This letter falls firmly into the 'orchid' category. Before my stint as a hotelier in Hawaii, I had managed several organizations. Client service has always been a challenging endeavor, and in America, it has sadly declined. But, let me reiterate, this letter is indeed an 'orchid' – a well-deserved one. There's a prevailing notion that America is becoming soft, both in mind and body. However, your team contradicts this belief and serves as role models for getting America back on track. We follow similar protocols at our businesses here in Hawaii. So, "Mahalo nui loa" to your management. We'll remain loyal clients due to the exceptional service we've experienced. Witnessing professionalism in action, in any field, is always a pleasure. --- is undoubtedly a "professional" member of your team.
