We're extremely sorry about the size issue of the Vinyl Banners you received. This is definitely not a Vistaprint experience we want you to remember. Looking at your account, under your order history, https://www.vistaprint.com/oh/ the chosen size for the Banner was 1' x 2' which was the smallest size. Upon checking from the product page, https://www.vistaprint.com/signs-posters/vinyl-banners prior to designing your Banner, when you click the dropdown arrow on the size option, you will find 15 more sizes up to 8' x 12'. Furthermore, we highly recommend always double-checking the product specifications including the product sizes before proceeding to checkout. Also, the cost of the Banner purchased was less than USD 5.00 with a discounted cost. We are aware that this may not be the best response you were hoping for, but we sincerely hope that you can still feel our desire to assist. Rest assured that your comments will be forwarded to the proper team for review and development.

Thank you for your review. It's great to know that the banner quality is satisfactory. We are saddened that the print results are poor. After reviewing your design, we see that the uploaded design has a low resolution. This contributed to the unsatisfactory outcome. We recommend uploading a high resolution file of 300 dots per inch for a satisfactory outcome. An email was sent with further details of the action taken to help with your replacement.
