I wish it came in a nicer box.

Comes in a small flimsy box. Had to find something else to put the pieces in, to give it as a present. Puzzle itself is nice.

Awesome puzzle! Quick and easy process.

The puzzle pieces are sturdy, well crafted, and thicker than thin cardboard. They are a bit thinner than traditional puzzel pieces but they are more sturdy and there was no puzzle dust. Only the traditional puzzle piece shape is used. If you have sharp eyes you can spot the rotation of each piece just from the shape of the pieces making it possible to put more difficult puzzles. I highly recommend using high definition pictures for the 1000 piece puzzle to avoid them being blurry.

I use vistaprint all the time, but never again for puzzles.

This puzzle was cut really poorly. Pieces wouldn't fit together. And there were only like 2 or 3 different shaped pieces. Worst yet, I was missing a piece and had an extra that didn't even go to our puzzle. Normally I love their speed and print quality, but this didn't measure up.
