We are truly sorry to hear that the stickers were smaller than you anticipated and that you are unhappy with the paper texture. We completely understand how frustrating it is to receive marketing materials that do not match your expectations. We want to advise that for this order, the 2" x 2" size was selected. We highly recommend noting the exact measurements when ordering, though we do offer larger sizing options up to 5" x 5" to give your designs more visibility. Regarding the material texture, the order was placed for our budget-friendly White Paper stock. This material is ideal for indoor use, dry goods, and name tags, but it does have a traditional paper feel. If you are looking for another stock, we offer five other materials that may be much better suited for your needs. These include our water-resistant and glossy White Plastic, a transparent Clear Plastic for a seamless look, a catch-the-light Holographic Plastic, and our Gold Foil or Silver Foil papers which offer a beautiful metallic finish.
