We are sorry to hear that the text on your keyring was difficult to read, and understand how important legibility is, when conveying key information in a limited print area. After reviewing the submitted design, we noted that it contained very small text along with a significant amount of detail within a relatively compact print space measuring 2.95" L x 1.13" W. As a result, some elements may have appeared less clear or more difficult to read in the final printed product. To help prevent similar issues in the future, we strongly encourage reviewing the on-screen preview and downloading the PDF proof available on the editing page before finalizing an order. These tools provide an opportunity to assess text size, spacing, and overall readability, helping to set clear expectations for the finished result. For future orders, you may wish to simplify the design, reduce the amount of content, or increase the font size where possible to improve readability and overall impact.
