Made of 5 mm-thick foam or 3 mm-thick PVC-free board with a smooth matte printing surface, these signs are more substantial than posters, but still lightweight and portable enough to set up and take down in seconds. This makes them great for pop-ups, presentations, conferences and even directional signage. What’s more, you can now choose a premium printing option. Our SwissQ printer provides a “fine art” finish, elevating our quality printing with even higher contrast, smooth gradients and rich colors – projecting a sense of value and professionalism.

Whether you need a custom size or want to get creative with arch and half-arc shapes, foam board posters can be designed to fit your space and need. And with 6 standard sizes and classic rectangle or square shapes, there's something for every setup. These foam signs come with a smooth matte finish for a refined look. Or, you can upgrade to our protective glossy coating for extra shine and scratch resistance (only available on our standard foam board material). Plus, you have plenty of options for displaying – whether it’s on a tabletop easel, floor stand or mounted on a wall with Command™ Strips.

Or, if you have a design ready to go, you can use our design upload option (just be sure to use a high-res image with at least 300 dpi for crisp printing results). Once you’ve found a template you like, make it yours by adding your custom details and choosing the options that work best for you. Our premium printing uses an advanced SwissQ printer, a high-end UV flatbed printer known for precision and color accuracy. Premium printing results in rich colors, sharper details and a smoother finish – ideal for photography, detailed designs, fine text, gradients, and vibrant graphics.
Yes – for best effect, we recommend you use a permanent marker. Just a heads-up: if you add the glossy coating, writing on the surface isn’t recommended, as marker ink may smudge before it fully dries.
We are pleased to offer custom sizes for our foam board printing. We don’t offer custom shapes at this time, but you can choose from rectangles, squares, arches and half arches.
We don’t recommend it. These lightweight signs aren’t water- or wind-resistant, so we advise that you limit them to indoor use. If you’re looking for an outdoor-friendly option, consider our yard signs. That said, if you do need to use your sign outside for a short time, upgrading to the protective glossy coating (only available on our foam board material) can add extra durability and scratch resistance.

It depends which orientation you choose. For vertical foam board posters, we list dimensions as length by width. For horizontal signs, it’s width by height.
