Vinyl Doesn't Come Off Plastic

I bought these expecting them to be similar to vinyl where the logo and letters come off the plastic it is on and stick to the window. But the plastic and vinyl seem to both stay on the window and it doesn't look good with my logo.

Normally love all of VistaPrint's products but was less impressed with these decals. Per the description I was under the impression the decals were applied inside a window to project image to exterior - this even after reading the included instructions. They however are applied on the window exterior, so of the 5 i ordered I was only able to use 2. Once applied to the windows there were a number of air bubbles that wouldn't smooth out, mostly where the soap bubbles had popped (per following the instructions). I have applied a number of large window and wall decals from other suppliers so the VistaPrint process and application were both foreign and I'm sorry to say > left me wanting.

We don’t recommend doing so. While our vinyl window decals can be repositioned easily, transporting and storing them for events can lead to dust and debris, which causes bubbling.

These window decals are made of premium vinyl material with a clear gloss finish. They are weather resistant and semi-permanent, but the adhesive allows for residue-free removal. We also have other decals such as window clings and perforated for different uses.

Yes – We recommend applying your vinyl adhesive in mild weather. Still, our decals can resist temperatures from -40° F to 225° F.
