We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the print quality of your custom envelopes. However, we're sorry to learn that the envelopes did not seal properly and that the adhesive did not meet your expectations. Please note that our envelope adhesive is moisture-activated, meaning it requires moisture to be applied to the seal area in order to activate the adhesive and create a secure closure. If insufficient moisture is applied, the envelope may not seal as expected. If you have been using the envelopes as intended and are still experiencing issues with the adhesive, please reply to this message with your order details and, if possible, photos showing the issue.
