Although your order was not rejected, the Small size you selected (1.42" x 0.47") limited the space for intricate details, which caused the text and image to appear unreadable once printed. We also recognize that the product preview can look acceptable on screen, but it only shows how the design will be positioned, not how fine details will reproduce after manufacturing. To help improve the result, we highly recommend updating your artwork with larger font sizes and simplified details, and considering a larger stamp size such as the 3.00" x 1.50" option for better readability.
