We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment with how your business cards turned out, and we understand how frustrating it is when a product does not meet your expectations. We would like to advise that upon checking your design file, the elements were unfortunately not well set up and were scattered across the layout. Specifically, the purple bar element was covering most of the text that was added during the design process. Our production facility utilizes fully automated printing systems, which means our machines print the exact file submitted without manual checks or alterations. Please note that customers are provided with multiple opportunities to view and approve their layout—from the design studio all the way to the final cart page, there are several preview screens designed to catch these issues before purchasing. However, it appears these warnings and previews were overlooked prior to finalizing the order. Despite the setup issues on the original file, we want to help make this right for you. We have gone ahead and made the proper adjustments to fix your layout. We have sent a separate email to you containing the updated preview of your cards. Please review the new layout and reply directly to that email to confirm if you would like to proceed with a one-time courtesy replacement at no cost to you. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the chance to restore your confidence in our service.

Standard matte business cards are 14pt (equal to .014 of an inch), premium cards are
16pt (equal to .016 of an inch) and premium plus cards are 18pt (equal to .018 of an inch). Each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch, to give you a frame of reference.

 Our matte business cards have a non-reflective surface on both sides.

You can write on our matte cards, but different markers or pens may give you different results. If you’re looking for a material you can easily write on, try our uncoated business cards.

You can choose from our square shape and rounded corner upgrades. We also offer special finish upgrades, like embossed gloss or foil accent. Just look for those choices as you go through the design process, and keep in mind that special finishes aren’t available with square business cards.

Absolutely. You can choose from glossy finish business cards and a variety of others. Matte business cards have a smoother, non-reflective surface, sometimes described as silky or polished. They’re great for deep colors, especially for black business cards, and have a refined feel. Glossy business cards have a shiny, light-catching finish that helps bright colors and photographs pop.

If you’re uploading your own design, make sure that your image resolution is at least 300 dots per inch and uses one of the following formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .jfif, .bmp, .png, .gif, .heic, .pdf, .psd, .ai, .eps, .ait, .ppt, .pptx, .tif and .tiff.
