Square Business Cards

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the Square Business Cards. We regret hearing that the paper stock and size were not to your satisfaction. The size of the square cards is 2.5" x 2.5". However, upon reviewing the design, we noticed that many of the texts were very small and hard to read. To help us assist you more effectively, please reply to this email to confirm if you're referring to the size of the cards or the size of the printing. Also, the paper stock selected was glossy finish. There are 12 paper stock options available. We are sorry to hear that the color of your business cards did not match your expectations and understand your disappointment with the final printed appearance. In reference to your concerns, we would like to clarify that colors displayed on computer screens are shown using the RGB color model, while commercial printing is produced using CMYK inks. Because of this difference, colors that appear bright or vibrant on a monitor can sometimes print with a more muted or subdued appearance. Variations can be especially noticeable when designs contain specific color tones or are created primarily in RGB. To help us investigate your concerns further, please reply to this email with photos of the received business cards, including images that clearly show the color differences you observed.
