The hat is super high quality, soft and fits well. . . I love it! However when I got it, the color of embroidery thread was wrong. It was so faint, it made it hard to read against the tan color of the hat. I got in touch with customer service and they were so helpful. Within 5 minutes, the problem was resolved with a new thread color and they sent it to me free of charge. It could not have been easier. I’ve just started my new business and I will continue using Vista Print for all my marketing needs, always and forever!
