We printed a QR code on the 1" sticker and unfortunately it is not legible -- it looked ok in the proof but wish we had been alerted it might not work out before it went to print.

We sincerely apologize that the QR code on your 1" stickers did not turn out as legible as expected. We understand how disappointing this must be, especially when the proof appeared acceptable. That said, we print submitted designs as provided and do not make changes to artwork or generate alerts regarding design elements that may be difficult to read at a selected size. For future orders, there are more than 15 larger sticker size options available that may be better suited for QR codes and other detailed designs. Additionally, if you ever need guidance when selecting a size for your artwork, our team is always happy to help. Our product labels are printed on white, clear or holographic plastic, as well as white, gold foil or silver foil paper. But that doesn’t mean that you’re limited to these color options. With our all-over printing in full color, you have the flexibility to get creative with your custom designs as much (or as little) as you’d like!

Your stickers will be printed on sheets that are 8.5" x 11".

Yes. If you intend to use your labels on bottles or cans, we recommend picking the matte paper option, as it’s the easiest to write on. We also suggest that if you select the glossy finish for your candle labels and custom wine labels that you use a permanent marker.

Paper labels are a great, durable option for indoor use and with dry-ingredient products – if your labels won’t come in contact with liquid, you’ll be in great shape. If you intend to label products that contain (or are exposed to) oil,lubricants or cold temperatures, we recommend one of our plastic options – they're both oil- and water-resistant.

You can order a single sheet of custom labels for bottles to try them out before committing to a higher quantity.
