I have worked with the VistaPrint site before, a few times and have had good results. This time, I placed orders for two mouse pads and one gaming mouse pad that I had never used before so, I was not sure what I was getting into. Nevertheless, I know what to expect from a mouse pad. I downloaded my design, matched it up and for whatever reason, the photo back to my view kept showing my phot with a stupid mouse on the photo. Naturally, I thought that was a AI image of what it would look like with a real mouse on top of my "real" photo so, I accepted the image. Um, nope. They SCREWED me. They not only shrunk my photo but also left the f**king mouse over the top of my actual photo. WHY? Who does that? I know what a mouse looks like you idiot. I do not need you to show me what that looks like. This was of our dog who had passed away with our cat who loved Lacey-American Staffy Terrier. I was not able to do anything about it. Times have changed and I was fooled into thinking that this was still a good company. The other two mouse pads. Well, the other one is about a 2. 5 star. No comment on the last one.

After reviewing the submitted design, we noted that the uploaded artwork itself included the mouse icon visible within the design area. As our printing process reproduces the artwork as submitted and approved during the editing stage, the final product reflected the design shown in the approved proof. To help prevent similar issues in the future, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing both the on-screen preview and the PDF proof available on the editing page before placing an order. Should you wish to update the design, we recommend removing the mouse icon from the artwork and making any other desired adjustments before placing a new order.
