The book we purchased was high quality in the paper and binding. The photo we selected to print on the front wound up appearing slightly faded in the printing, but was still acceptable.

I ordered a guest book for our company's 50th Anniversary party and it was ordered with raised gold foil but that detail was missed resulting in a much less polished presentation and did not represent our company the way we intended. This is especially disappointing because I relied on the help of an advisor who assured my everything was taken care of.

In the order process it asked if you wanted gold foil in the
beginning of the order, I stated yes and then as I added the
photo and the lettering I actually preferred the white lettering, so it asked for any special instructions and I added do not add the gold. When I received the book it has gold lettering. And not enough time to reorder.
