Very happy with the quality of the stamp. Was surprised the design of the stamp was not presented on the top of the device. We have various stamps for various labeling and this is the only one with that detail missing. Shipping was poor. The box was crushed and open on both sides. Packing tape was placed around the box to keep it intact but I was quite worried about the status of the stamp when it arrived.

The logo is extremely small and the ink is not quick drying nor is it permanent. I needed this specifically for the back of my photographs and this is not what I expected and I will not be able to use it.

We’re sorry to hear that the logo appears too small and that the ink performance did not meet your expectations for use on the back of your photographs. The size selected was the small option (1.42" x 0.47"), which can make finer design details more difficult to reproduce clearly. For improved visibility, larger options are also available, including medium (2.24" x 0.83") and large (3.00" x 1.5"). To better understand the issue and ensure we provide the most suitable recommendation, confirmation of the paper stock used on the back of the images would be helpful, as ink performance can vary depending on the surface. If further assistance is needed in selecting a more appropriate size or product, support will be happy to help.
