Great quality and overall look but they printed too light. You cannot see the contact info properly because it’s too light. It looked great on the screen but the opacity on the black background was too light unfortunately. They are still usable just not what I wanted.

However, we are sorry to learn that the contact information was not as visible as you expected once printed. After reviewing the submitted design, we noted that some contact details were created using a dark gray color against a black background. While this combination can appear more visible on a digital screen, it may not always provide sufficient contrast in print, which can affect readability and make important information appear lighter than intended. To help prevent similar issues in the future, we strongly encourage reviewing the on-screen preview and downloading the PDF proof available on the editing page before finalizing an order. These tools can help evaluate text visibility, contrast, and overall readability, allowing you to make adjustments before production. For future orders, you may wish to increase the contrast between the text and background by selecting a lighter text color or adjusting the design elements to improve legibility. Once any desired changes have been made, please feel free to place a new order at your convenience. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that the cards remain usable, even though the final result did not fully align with your expectations.
