Bright colors are not done correctly

If I would have know that bright colors were not printable on magnets or business cards during design, I would've been able to select different ones. Instead I wasted a lot of time and didn't receive anything the way I wanted it.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We’re sorry to hear that the colors on your magnets and business cards did not turn out as expected. We understand how frustrating it must be to spend time designing your items and then receive something different from what you had envisioned. To help us review this further, please share images of the items you received showing the color concerns. This will allow us to investigate the issue in more detail and assist you further.

Frequently asked questions

Uncoated business card paper is 14pt, equal to .014 of an inch. Each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch, to give you a frame of reference.

For complete information about card dimensions, check out our business card size guide.

Unfortunately, those options aren’t available for these particular cards.

Yes and yes. Both sides are the same uncoated surface, which is very easy to write on.

Yes. You can choose from our one- or two-sided printing options.

The paper has a very natural feel, and it’s very absorbent. So, when you have a busy, ink-heavy design, it may look a bit faded as the colors are absorbed during printing. We’d recommend simpler designs without a lot of bright colors and intricate, small details. For more general questions, you can also check out our article, Business Card Design Ideas.
