From the very beginning Vista print out me with the design and completion of my company hats.

Ordered embroidered hats. I’ll concede that I made the first error when I was asked to approve the altered design. I approved the design, but immediately after, I spotted a flaw that I wanted corrected. I was in an online chat with two separate customer service agents lasting almost an hour almost immediately after I spotted the flaw. I was assured that the error would be corrected. Soon after I received a confirmation that it was going to production with the same flaw. Again, I tried to intervene with a phone call and, again, assured that it would be taken care of, and that the issue was being escalated. Then I received confirmation that it was actually in production and a few days later I received the hats with the imperfection. More phone calls, and I was told that I could destroy those hats and that a corrected batch would be sent to me. Wouldn’t you know it, but another set of hats with the same flaw was produced and is now in shipping. This has involved a couple of online chats, numerous emails, and a number of phone calls - all with no satisfaction. It seems like it’s several different departments that just don’t communicate with each other. There is something to be said for the individualized attention that you get from the local mom and pop store and the ability to talk to someone in person. This has been a somewhat expensive lesson. As for the hat itself, It’s a good quality adjustable snapback.
