Great fitting hat, allowable embroidery area was a bit small

Hat fits great and is good quality. Only minor complaint is the embroidery area is fairly small compared to other hats I've had done. Logo ends up fairly small on the hat and leaves a lot of open space

The printable area for this hat is 2" x 2.5", which limits the size of the logo that can be embroidered. Here’s my first VP hat. Worn from a lot of use. It was simple to make a nice sized logo. I’ve had to try three times to make my new hats. Design kept getting rejected. I finally agreed to the design that could be made. Much smaller logo. I have 3 hats that I’ll likely never wear. Very disappointed.

We have reviewed the order that was placed on July 19th and found that the logo took up the entire print area that is allotted in the edit studio, so there's no room to increase the size.
