The hat has already shown signs of poor quality. The seams for example have come undone (attached image). And the custom image in the center is far too small. The allocated size to add a custom image is too small. This makes reading or recognizing the logo difficult. It's also a bit tight despite any adjustment, meaning the size along the sides is too small and inflexible.

We understand that the hat feels too tight and inflexible along the sides even after trying to adjust it. Regarding the logo size, the allocated design space for this specific item is currently limited to a maximum of 2.1" x 3.94". We completely agree that this restricted area can make some text and detailed images difficult to read, and we have noted your feedback to share with our product team for future improvements to our design options. We also want to urgently address your concern about the seams coming undone. It appears the photo you mentioned was not successfully attached to your review submission.
