As stated in the Design Studio, the printable area for this hat is 2.1" × 3.94", which is smaller than the printable area on your previous order. Based on our checks, the image was also not extended to the full bleed. For future orders, you can extend the image to use more of the available space, which may allow the design elements to appear larger.
