The quality of the hat itself is far from satisfactory. The material feels cheap and flimsy. I tried the hat on a handful of people, and the consensus was unanimous – the fit is incredibly awkward. It doesn't conform well to different head shapes, making it uncomfortable and unflattering. I had envisioned gifting these hats, but based on the fit alone, I cannot in good conscience give them to anyone. I strongly advise against purchasing this hat, as it has been a big letdown. Save yourself the money and disappointment and look for a better option. On the positive side, the printing and shipping processes were great and efficient.

my experience was fairly average. While there were some positive aspects, there were also a few drawbacks that need attention.the quality of the customization left something to be desired. The logo on the hats was not as precise as I had hoped since it was painted rather than embroided.
