Thank you for your feedback regarding the good quality of the shirts, but we are very sorry to hear that the logos were not centered and were placed too low. We always want your products to be perfect, so could you please provide us with an image of the full front of the shirt so we can see the exact print location? Upon reviewing your submitted design on our end, the logo does appear to be placed lower on the template. For future orders, we highly recommend utilizing the design preview feature to carefully review your logo location and ensure everything is positioned exactly where you want it before finalizing your purchase.
