Why Are Items Missing from My Order?

If your order arrives and something’s missing, don’t worry! Follow these simple steps to quickly determine what’s going on and resolve the issue.

Check the Package

  • Sometimes, items move around during transport. Carefully examine the entire box or envelope, including under any wrapping or protective materials, to ensure you haven't missed anything. 

  • See if there’s a packing slip included—it may say if an item is shipping separately.

Review Your Order Details

  • Open your order confirmation email and check the following:

    • Confirm if all the missing items were supposed to be included in this specific shipment. 

    • Verify the total number of items expected in this delivery. 

  • Keep in mind, some orders ship in multiple packages, so items might arrive at different times.

  • Check the shipping method you selected and see if the expected delivery date has passed. (Note: Shipping may be delayed around public holidays.)

Track Your Shipment

  • If your order has more than one shipment, check the status to see if the missing item is still on the way.

  • If the tracking info shows "Delivered" but something’s missing, or if an item is delayed, you can also contact the shipping carrier for more details.

  • A photo of the package and everything you received

  • The name or description of the missing item(s)
