Bummer - Unexpected Lines

When viewing the reference photos and working in the template, this seems like the perfect flat box, but what was received includes a perforation opening that we did not see in our references and in the main template we built. Client was not thrilled, so had to scrap. Wish that was more transparent in the visuals and in the line call outs.
