What should I do if I receive a damaged package?

If you receive a damaged package, please report the issue using our order support flow, which can be found on the Help Center page, so we can find a solution right away.

To report the issue, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Help Center and locate the "Need help with a recent order? Start here" section. You may need to sign in to view orders.

  2. Select an Action: From the options, choose "I want to request help with my order".


  3. Select Products Affected: Indicate which products in your order are missing, damaged or have not been received. If the entire order is affected, tick the "Select all products" box.


  4. Describe the Issue: Select an issue from the drop-down menu (e.g., "Products are damaged"). Depending on your selection, you may be able to choose a more specific issue. You can also select several issues at once and provide a detailed description.
     

  5. Upload Pictures: You can upload up to 4 pictures showing the product and the issue.
    Note: Including photos of the damaged product helps us with the review and address your concern effectively.


  6. Review Details: Review the details of your request to ensure everything is correct. Click Continue to next step.


  7. Select a Contact Method: Choose how you would like our Customer Care team to respond to your request. Options may include CallbackLive Chat​ or Email.


  8. Confirmation: You will see a confirmation screen letting you know we have received your request. You will also receive a confirmation email after submitting your request.
