Looking at your account, we can see that the chosen size for this product was 3" x 4", while the actual artwork uploaded was much smaller than the selected product size. During that interaction, a design measurement issue was identified, and you were offered our Graphic Design service for $10 with three revisions. You were instructed to open a new browser window for VistaPrint, go to My Projects, look for “Work with a Designer,” and fill out the request. You were also informed that a designer would contact you within 24 hours after checkout and payment. However, we did not find a paid Design Service request, and the recent order was submitted in the larger 3" x 4" size while the artwork remained much smaller. For future orders, we recommend exploring the Die‑Cut Sticker Singles https://www.vistaprint.com/labels-stickers/custom-stickers/die-cut-sticker-singles, where available sizing ranges from 2" x 2" up to 5" x 5" in a square format.
