I've ordered previously from Vista, and this was the first time I can recall when there was a problem with the order. I selected and paid for priority shipping, but the day before I was supposed to receive the order I was alerted to a delay and the arrived 3 days late. Issues arise, so if this was just a one-off issue, it's ok.
