Unfortunately our cards were printed wrong. The front and back side are opposite directions instead of the same. In other words, when you look at the front correctly, the backside is upside down.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it is when the front and back of your cards were printed in opposite directions. Based on our review, the issue occurred because a vertical image was used on a horizontal template, which affected the print rotation. For future orders, we recommend using vertical images on vertical templates and horizontal images on horizontal templates to ensure proper alignment. To help, we have edited the cards and submitted a replacement order for you. You can view the update from your order history, and the order number remains the same.
