Practical & professional
With an eye towards higher quantities and lower costs, stapled booklets booklets are a streamlined and simple way to reach your audience. “Self-cover” just means that you have the option to use the same paper stock for the cover and the inside pages, creating a lightweight and portable option that you can use in almost any setting or situation. The crisp, high-quality printing shows you’re a pro, and up to 76 customizable pages let you get important info to customers however you want to. From advertising leaflets to user guides for products, self-cover booklets help you get the job done.
Do-it-all flexibility
Above all else, stapled self-cover booklets give you the flexibility you need. They’re easy to move, store and pack. They’re also a little less formal (and pricey) than some of our other folders and holders, which makes them approachable to customers and budget-friendly for you. And while people most often use them as product catalogs or event programs, they’re also a great option for instruction manuals, presentation guides and storefront takeaways. Some people even include them in direct mail campaigns or use them as newsletters.
Design tools & help
To make sure your booklet comes out exactly how you’d like (and to cut down on any confusion or lost time), you should use our design template. You can find it under ‘Specs & Templates,’ right on this page. Start by downloading your template file in a format that matches your design software. Then, you’re ready to get started! As you put together your design, keep our guidelines handy to make sure things like page order and bleed are correct.

Frequently asked questions
We offer a range of inside paper thicknesses, from lighter self-cover stocks to thicker, sturdier options. The exact thickness and weight depend on the stock and finish you choose. Lighter weights offer more flexibility, while heavier stocks provide a more substantial feel.
Budget: 60lb uncoated; 70lb matte or glossy
Standard: 80lb matte, glossy, uncoated, or recycled
Standard plus: 100lb matte, glossy, or uncoated
We offer two types of cover paper options: self-cover stocks, which use the same paper as the inside pages, and cover-exclusive stocks, which are thicker and more rigid. As the weight increases, the cover becomes sturdier and more substantial.
Self-cover options (same stock as inside pages):
Budget: 60lb uncoated; 70lb matte or glossy
Standard: 80lb matte, glossy, uncoated, or recycled
Standard plus: 100lb matte, glossy, or uncoated
