Very happy with our new presentation folders. There was a small printing glitch, but Vista Print made it right and reprinted and shipped quickly. Would order again.
Quality could be better

I wish they were thicker and of higher quality. They rip and bend too easily, and in the slots inside, they don't have a latch shape to hook in, so the folder keeps popping out. I've had to use sticky tape on the inside to stop the folder from falling apart.

Upon checking, we found that the selected paper stock was our Standard Glossy option. While this provides a lighter finish, we also offer a Premium paper stock that is thicker and of higher quality, designed to provide more durability and a sturdier feel. For future orders, we recommend considering the Premium option to achieve the level of strength and quality you’re looking for. Your input is valuable, and we’ll continue working to ensure our product options are clear so customers can select the best fit for their needs.

The post cards were fine, but the folders were printed upside down and I'm still waiting for customer service to get to me about they will rectify the problem.
