We ordered some updated bi-fold brochures for our nonprofit and they look great! The photos are crisp and clear, the colors are right on, the paper quality is solid, and they were packaged well so they arrived with no bent pages or crushed corners. We will definitely order from VistaPrint again.

I ordered Celebration of Life memorial cards for my father and was very disappointed with the quality that arrived. These were not casual flyers or marketing materials. They were something deeply personal that I intended to hand out to family and friends at my dad’s Celebration of Life. The cards arrived with rough, chipped, and worn edges straight out of the box. The folds and corners looked damaged before they were ever used, and there were visible yellow ink/printing marks on the cover. The color quality also looked dull and poor compared to what I expected. For an order that cost around $170, I was honestly embarrassed by the final product and would not feel comfortable handing them out. I did contact VistaPrint, and they apologized and agreed to remake the order. I appreciate that they are trying to correct it. However, they could not explain what would be done differently on the reprint to make sure the same trimming, color, ink, and packaging issues do not happen again. That makes it hard to feel confident that the replacement will be any better. This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially given the purpose of the order. I trusted an online printer with something important for my father’s memorial, and based on what arrived, I wish I had used a local printer instead.
