I ordered 11x17 size maps, essentially using a screenshot of a design I had made. I've used Vistaprint before, but I was truly amazed when I opened the box and saw that the maps turned out perfectly. We thought they actually look too good to give away, which was the purpose of creating the walking map. :) Right before ordering, I wanted to chat to make sure a representative thought it truly looked good on their end. I have ordered from VistaPrint for years and have always been very happy with the quality of their products. Unfortunately, this experience was very different. I ordered and reordered these brochures four separate times, and each time the color was off and the brochures were folded crooked. I kept trying again because I’ve had such good experiences in the past, but the issue was never corrected. After multiple attempts, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better quality control, especially after bringing the issue to their attention several times.
