Upon checking your account and design history, we can confirm that your logo was uploaded onto the design space and positioned in the middle, but the actual form template or text fields were left blank. The system processed the exact layout that was submitted at checkout. Because we utilize an automated printing system, our production facility prints files exactly as they are designed and approved by the customer during the ordering process, without manual modifications or layout changes by our teams. We want to help correct this layout and ensure you receive the functional forms your business needs. The paper uses microcapsules of ink to create a clean, carbon-free duplicate and triplicate copy. Before this development, contractors and store owners used traditional carbon paper to create the same effect, which is why the term “carbon copy” is sometimes still used today.
