We decided to upgrade our family reunion this year, and also verify/track who's paid their dues and who haven't (as well as have an additional keepsake from the event). So this year we reached out to VistaPrint to produce the designs we came up with. Ordering for the most part was simple. I do wish that the category (event/custom tickets) had 1 or 2 more sizing options to choose from. . . . the price was very good. it was easy to go back and forth looking at my design as it was uploaded. The site has nice features where it renders my design onto other products to upsell. That was nice to see and could help users find products they'd find beneficial. They were packaged nicely, and the shipping speed was good. I was feeling a bit in the dark on when they went into production, or checking print status. I would have liked more visibility there. Overall we would definitely be willing to do more business with Vistaprint in the future.
