Bad packaging

I ordered 750 flyers for an event we have coming up. When they arrived one of the packs containing 250 flyers was loose and about 30 flyers or so have bends, and corners bent from moving around the box. Flyers look great but the packaging not so much. I know it was only 30 flyers but that's 30 less now. I would recommend looking or adjusting how they are shipped

I ordered post card 5×8 brochure for my business which were great but I also ordered what said "envelopes", that said thank you on the closure part which I thought was a nice touch so I bought them as well and when they arrived, it was the size of a business card! It made me ver upset. Now I don't know what to do with them. Thanks a lot!
