I bought these for my subscription business and they did not disappoint. Easy to use software to make my boxes look professional and just as I want. The price point is a little steep because I’m a small business and can’t afford bulk yet, but they are quality boxes. They are sturdy and well made. True mailer boxes that look nice. The web site is very easy to use, I customize my shipping boxes and stickers business cards and even called for free service they have to help with design. had it shipped to me and I’m happy with it. Some boxes came slightly damaged, I called customer support and reported, they are printing new boxes for me to replace the damaged ones. Overall happy.

After choosing the options that work best for you, upload your logo or image to our online design studio. There you’ll use the editor to customize your packaging look or use the tools to reimagine an existing image. Remember to remove the die-lines from your uploaded image, otherwise they will be printed along with your design. Pro tip: For a more vibrant print, we recommend designs with darker tones or colors. Then, select the custom options that work best for your packaging look.

The weight of each mailer varies by size. See the chart below:

  • 5" x 3" x 1.5" weighs 1 oz.
  • 6" x 4" x 3" weighs 3 oz.
  • 6" x 5" x 2.25" weighs 4 oz.
  • 7" x 5" x 3" weighs 4 oz.
  • 8" x 6" x 3" weighs 5 oz.
  • 8" x 8" x 5" weighs 7.4 oz.
  • 9" x 6" x 4" weighs 5 oz.
  • 9" x 7" x 2.25" weighs 5 oz.
  • 9.5" x 7.75" x 4" weighs 8 oz.

We recommend clear packaging or poly tape to best show off and preserve your design. When packing, we recommend you overlap the tape and make sure the tape stretches several inches down the either side of the box.

E-flute is very thin (1/16") corrugated cardboard. It’s very easy to fold and is excellent for printing. Sturdy and crush resistant, it’s a good option for shipments – we do not recommend these mailers for very large or heavy items.
