This is my second year printing yearbooks for my children’s school with Vista Print. Last year, the yearbooks came in two batches. One was high quality; the other batch was of disappointing quality. After calling customer service, they quickly re-printed the second batch at no additional cost, making sure the print quality was good, and they even sent it in time for the end-of-school party. This year, I called customer service to explain what happened last year. They put in a note to the production team to check on the quality of the printing, and I received very high quality yearbooks, delivered days before the expected delivery date. I’m very happy with the service, print quality, and quick delivery. Will be using Vista Print again next year.
