I ordered this custom pillow for my mom for Mother’s Day, and while the print quality itself came out nice, I was honestly very disappointed with the size. I selected what appeared to be the largest option available thinking it would be closer to a standard decorative couch pillow, but what arrived was extremely small — more like a keepsake or doll pillow. For visual reference, I placed it next to an 8 oz coffee mug and bread box in the photo because the online sizing did not translate the way I expected in person. What makes this even more upsetting is that I also ordered another custom pillow for my wife with photos of her and her late mother, and now I’m worried it’s going to arrive the same way. These were meaningful Mother’s Day gifts, so this was pretty disappointing for the price paid. The photo printing quality was good, but overall I don’t feel the value matched the cost due to the size. Had I known it would be this small, I probably would have gone with a local print shop, the mall, or Amazon for something larger and more suitable as a gift. I understand custom items may not qualify for refunds, but I do hope the company considers offering some kind of credit, accommodation, or clearer sizing expectations for future customers.

  2. Upload an image of your choice (we recommend using a photo or design with at least 150 dots per inch). Or, browse our wide selection of templates – including cute collages, pet-themed designs, non-photo options and so much more.
  3. Head into the studio. Here, you can upload and add images to your chosen template, edit the text and insert any other details you like.
  4. Review your work to make sure it’s exactly to your liking.
  5. Place your order. And that’s it, you’re good to go!

That depends on which cover style you select. Our removable cover is machine washable. If you prefer our fixed, nonremovable cover, we recommend spot or dry cleaning only to keep your pillow looking its best.

We have hundreds of templates you can browse. You can also upload an image or design to make your own photo pillow. For the best printing results, we recommend you use a file with a minimum of 150 DPI.

We use dye-sublimation printing to create your photo pillow. This method creates a vibrant, high-quality print that won’t flake off or crack.

Make sure to stretch your image across the entire design area while you’re designing your photo pillow.
