Nice, but holds less than expected

I love ceramic travel mugs. This is a nice mug, lid fits great, no leaks. However, I ordered 24 of them and 4 broke in the mail. The inside of the cup does not match the shape of the outside of the cup and it super narrow inside, only holding about 8oz of fluid. For me - great for tea, not great for coffee. But, good quality and print turned out nice.

The mugs turned out great and were easy to set up with my graphic. The only downside was the lack of appropriate packaging led to two of the mugs arriving shattered.
