The pen design is adequate and it works. I dont like that the customization wasn't able to include my phone number. The logo was also somewhat cut off on one side even though there was plenty of space left to put the full logo

The print on the pen was great ! Crystal clear. Will probably go with a higher quality pen next time though. The ink isnt the best.
