VistaPrint® Design Wrap Ballpoint Pen

Everything was great! My new business cards were perfect. I loved the gloss on one side and matte on the other. All my packaging inserts were just what I needed.

I’ve been a repeat customer for a while now, and as usual, some parts of my order were spot on. My business cards and truck magnets for Superior Property Services LLC arrived with the high quality I’ve come to expect. They look professional and the durability is definitely there. However, several other items in this large order fell short of the mark: Hats: I ordered two in navy blue, but one arrived in royal blue. Additionally, the logo placement was off-center on both, which makes them unusable for professional wear. Pens: While the logo print looks great and exactly as anticipated, the writing quality is disappointing. The ink skips and blanks out constantly, which isn't ideal when I'm trying to run a business on the move. Yard Signs & Stakes: The signs themselves are fine, but two of the plastic stakes arrived with clear fractures in them. 3x6 Banner: There was a small typo on the banner. I recognize that the system allows for a final review before purchase and I missed it, so that's on me. However, for a 5-star experience, it would be a huge value-add if Vistaprint implemented an automated proofreading system to flag common spelling errors before print. The Verdict: I’ll continue to use Vistaprint for my cards and magnets because the quality is consistent. That said, I’ll be looking elsewhere for apparel and pens in the future. I’d rather pay a higher price point to ensure the quality and attention to detail match the standards I hold for my own business.
