We understand how important color accuracy is for your brand recognition. Upon reviewing your order, we can confirm that the logos used in your design were originally digitally produced using an RGB color profile. This profile is designed for digital screens, allowing them to display bright and neon shades. However, because our printing process uses CMYK ink colors, all digital files must be converted for print. This conversion typically causes highly vibrant or neon digital colors to shift, resulting in a more muted or toned-down appearance on the final physical product. We want to make sure your items look exactly the way you want them to. Could you please respond directly to this email and share a copy of your logos in CMYK, print-safe colors? If you don't have one, just let us know, and our design team will be happy to work with you to help adjust the colors and find a great solution for a replacement batch. The print quality is terrible. The sign looks like it has sat out in the sun for a year and faded. I was excited about this but won’t use it because I don’t want my customers to form a negative impression of my company.

It is a nice acrylic display. My only complaint is that the top doesn't sit snugly in the base. . I will have to find a way to connect the top and bottom so the sign doesn't wobble. Other than that I love it

We don’t offer custom sizes at the moment.

Setting up your sign is easy: Just slide the bottom of your sign into the acrylic base provided. The front of your sign should face the side of the base with the sloped front. When you display your sign, make sure there’s nothing obstructing the view of your messaging.

The arch direction is based on how you’ll view the sign from the front. What you see in the preview is what you’ll get – so be sure to double-check the shape and layout before ordering.
