Custom Logo Floor Mats

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience with the custom logo floor mat. That’s certainly not the level of durability we aim to provide, especially for a product used in a business environment. We understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been for the mat to fray so quickly after such a short period of use. We’d also like to share that, as outlined in our terms and conditions, customers are required to inspect their physical products promptly upon delivery and notify our Customer Care team of any defects, non-conformances, or damages within fourteen (14) days of delivery. As noted in Section 10.3 of our VistaPrint Terms, failure to report these issues within this timeframe may void the product warranty. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
